You send the sample

500 frames plus whatever guidelines you already have — even a rough doc. We'll take a shared drive link, S3 bucket, or your labeling platform.

Two annotators trained on your domain review the guidelines and flag ambiguity before labeling starts — that's where most vendor projects quietly go wrong.

Both annotators label the full batch independently. A separate QA layer scores agreement and adjudicates every disagreement.

Before you ask

Common questions.

Do I have to sign anything?

No. If you want an NDA in place first, send us yours and we'll sign it — but nothing is required to start.

What happens to my data afterwards?

We delete it on request, and by default within 30 days of delivering the pilot. We don't use client data for anything other than your project. See our security practices.

What if 500 frames isn't a meaningful sample for my use case?

Tell us in the form. For dense 3D scenes or long video sequences we'll scope the pilot by effort rather than frame count so the result actually means something.

Will this turn into a sales sequence?

You'll get one reply with upload instructions, the delivery itself, and one follow-up asking what you thought. That's it.
