1. Who we are & scope
Trinovation Partners LLC ("Trinovation," "we," "us") is an AI operations, data annotation, and technical staffing firm based at 35 W 31st Street, Frnt 1, New York, NY 10001. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through trinovation.co and its subdomains (ecommerce.trinovation.co, healthcare.trinovation.co, staffing.trinovation.co), and through the emails, calls, and meetings that follow from them.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact and inquiry forms — name, email address, and optionally company, service of interest, and your message.
- Pilot requests — the above plus details about your project, such as data type, volume, and timeline.
- Checklist and resource downloads — name, work email, and in some cases company name.
- Meeting scheduling — when you book a call through our Calendly scheduler, the name, email, and any answers you provide are collected by Calendly and shared with us.
- Direct communications — anything you include when you email, call, or message us, including on LinkedIn.
Information collected automatically
- Usage and device data — pages viewed, referring site, approximate location (city/region level), browser, device type, and similar information, collected through Google Analytics and the LinkedIn Insight Tag (see Cookies & analytics).
- Server logs — our hosting provider automatically records standard request data such as IP address, date and time, and requested URL, used for security and troubleshooting.
We don't ask for sensitive personal information (such as health, financial account, or government ID data) through this website, and we ask that you not submit it through our forms.
3. How we use it
- To respond to inquiries, scope and deliver pilots and engagements, and send resources you request.
- To follow up about our services with people who contacted us or downloaded a resource. You can opt out at any time.
- To understand how the site is used and improve its content and performance.
- To measure the effectiveness of our LinkedIn content and advertising.
- To protect the site against spam, abuse, and security threats.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
Where the law requires a legal basis for processing (for example, the GDPR), we rely on your consent, steps taken at your request before entering a contract, our legitimate interest in operating and marketing our business, or compliance with legal obligations, as applicable.
4. Cookies & analytics
We use a small number of third-party tools that set cookies or similar technologies:
- Google Analytics 4 — aggregate traffic and engagement measurement. Opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. See how Google uses data.
- LinkedIn Insight Tag — conversion tracking and audience insights for LinkedIn campaigns. LinkedIn members can control this in their LinkedIn ad settings. See the LinkedIn Privacy Policy.
- Calendly — our scheduling page embeds Calendly, which may set its own cookies. See the Calendly Privacy Notice.
- Google Fonts — fonts are loaded from Google's servers, which receive your IP address when the page loads.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will continue to work. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a request to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, where applicable law recognizes them. Like most sites, we don't currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals, as there is no common standard for them.
5. How we share it
We do not sell personal information. We share it only in these cases:
- Service providers that operate on our behalf — web hosting (Bluehost), email and productivity (Google Workspace), analytics (Google, LinkedIn), scheduling (Calendly), and CRM and sales tools we use to manage business relationships. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
- Our team and partners — Trinovation partners and practice leads who need the information to respond to you or deliver your engagement.
- Legal and safety — when required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Trinovation, our clients, or others.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy's protections.
- With your consent — for any other purpose you agree to.
6. Retention
We keep inquiry and contact information for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a business relationship, and generally no longer than three years after our last meaningful interaction, unless a longer period is required for legal, tax, or contractual reasons. Analytics data is retained according to the settings of the respective provider. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).
7. Security
The site is served exclusively over HTTPS, form submissions are validated and filtered for spam, and access to inquiry data is limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the information we hold.
8. Your rights & choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you, and receive a copy.
- Correct information that is inaccurate.
- Delete your personal information.
- Opt out of marketing emails (use the unsubscribe link or reply "unsubscribe"), and of targeted advertising or any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information.
- Object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
- Appeal our decision on your request, where state law provides that right.
To make a request, email ken@trinovation.co with the subject "Privacy Request." We'll verify your request using the email address we have on file and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (typically 30–45 days). You may use an authorized agent where the law allows. We won't discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
California residents: in the past 12 months we have collected identifiers (such as name and email), commercial information (such as services of interest), internet activity (such as site usage), and approximate geolocation, for the purposes described in section 3. We disclosed these to the service providers listed in section 5. We don't sell personal information or knowingly collect it from anyone under 16.
9. International visitors
We are based in the United States, and information you submit is processed in the U.S. and in other countries where our service providers and team members operate. If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you have the rights described in section 8 under the GDPR or UK GDPR, and you may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
10. Children
This site is intended for businesses and professionals. It is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. We'll post the revised version on this page with a new effective date, and for material changes we'll take reasonable steps to notify people we have an active relationship with.
